Stainless Fastener Kit

An extensive and well thought out almost restoration quality 352 piece (we counted twice) all Stainless Steel hardware kit with clear easy to follow instructions. This is by far our largest and most intense screw kit. Kit contains just about everything except for critical high strength bolts and engine covers. The engine covers are in another kit. Too much to list but the kit includes. Button Allen head, Cap Head Allen, and Flat head Allen in grade A2-70 stainless steel to replace a HUGE quantity of stock screws all over the classic K100RS. This is definitely a several night in the garage project. Perfect project to keep you busy over a winter weekend (or the entire winter).

This is a hand picked exact match of the stock fasteners only duplicated in durable stainless steel. Replace the stratched and nicked black torx, phillips, and allen head hardware with these attractive and durable fasteners. No more black marker touch-ups on the stock bolts as these screws will stay beautiful for the life of the bike!

Replace fasteners on the following components: all fairings both visible and not, brake reservoir covers, front fender, system cases, handlebar clamps, bar ends, speedo sensor, license plate, seat and seat lock mounts, underseat dampers, front turn signal lens, fuel filler, splashguards, rear brake slave cylinder mount, exhause mounts, exhause heat shield, and foot peg rubber. Kit contains much more but it's too tedious to list.

Photos show just a few of the stainless screws mounted on the K100RS. Complete assembly instructions included. The fasteners are bagged and labeled separately according to screw type to make kit completion a less daunting task. Difficulty level: easy/medium. Buyer need only have some basic wrenching skills, and of course a metric allen wrench set, phillips, and a screwdriver. We encourage the use of anti-sieze lubricant during assembly.

Front fender and reflector mounting. We tool the liberty to shorten these bolts by 5mm because we felt they were too close to the tire.
