The Hayabusa is a great bike and we had a hard time improving upon it. We did however find 89 pieces of stainless that look great on this machine.

The kit we put together is simple, straightforward, and well thought out 89 piece all Stainless Steel kit with clear easy to follow instructions. The kit contains Button Allen head, Cap Head Allen, and Flat head Allen in grade A2-70 stainless steel to replace many of the prominent stock screws on awesome Hayabusa.

This is a hand picked exact match of the stock fasteners only duplicated in durable stainless steel. Replace the stratched, missing, and nicked black phillips, and other hardware with these attractive and durable fasteners. No more black marker touch-ups on the stock bolts as these screws will stay beautiful for the life of the bike!

Replace fasteners on the following components: brake & clutch reservoir covers, brake and clutch lever mounts, right and left engine cases, clutch slave, front sprocket cover, license plate, tail light, chain guard and guide, and foot peg rubber and much more. This is not a fairing hardware kit. We are working on a fairing kit but need to put our hands on a Hayabusa. The first Hayabusa to come to our warehouse so that we can measure will get a free fairing kit and the regular screw kit featured here!

Photos show just a few of the stainless screws mounted on the Hayabusa. Complete assembly instructions included. The fasteners are bagged and labeled separately according to screw type to make kit completion a less daunting task. Difficulty level: easy. Buyer need only have some basic wrenching skills, and of course a metric allen wrench set, phillips, and a screwdriver. We encourage the use of anti-sieze lubricant during assembly.
